An unidentified family member sobs after learning that her 64-year-old father allegedly shot and killed his 17-year-old son on Feb. 3, 2013 inside a home in Flint, Mich. The shooting was later ruled as justified according the Genesee County Prosecutors Office and the father was released from custody. The 17-year-old teen had at least three previous run-ins with law enforcement since 2011 in which he allegedly assaulted family members, but was later deemed incompetent to stand trial.
